Moving Checklists
We help you make a successful move
We've created the checklists below to answer some of the common questions we hear from new tenants. Please review the information on this page and let us know if you have any questions: 541-500-0800
Move-in Checklist
Your first month's rent and security deposit are both due at the lease signing. Please confirm the amounts with our team in advance.
We'll set your move-in date at the lease signing and provide all information about the initial property inspection.
You must place your apartment's utility accounts in your name quickly to avoid losing access. You are responsible for keeping your accounts current throughout the duration of your tenancy.
Move-out Checklist
Planning to move out of your property? Please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises. Refer to your lease to determine your legal move-out date.
Before handing in the keys to your apartment, please return your property to rent-ready condition. This includes the following:
Rental Cleaning: Your property should be carefully cleaned, with all of your belongings removed from the premises. For residential tenants, be sure to carefully clean the kitchen and bathroom(s). All floors should also be swept/vacuumed/mopped.
Repairs: If any damage occurred during your tenancy, please take the necessary measures to address these repairs. A final inspection will be performed after the lease ends. Damages left behind will be repaired at your expense.
After your lease ends, we will use your deposit to cover any repair costs or fees that have not been paid on your account.
Please remember, the deposit cannot be used as a final rent payment. Failure to pay your rent on time may result in adverse credit reporting and legal action.
